"We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The Bothy was perfectly decorated and set up for a wonderful stay. The location could not have been better with the ability to walk to the Aysgarth Falls and Bolton Castle, and to embark upon longer drives and hikes throughout the Dales. We could not have asked for a better spot to stay."

"As ever, heavenly! We spent a lovely 5 days at barn acre. The weather though changeable was excellent and gave us a chance to continue to explore the area. Bolton castle is a must. We were able to return to barn acre knowing that it is a wonderful base. Everything you need for a very comfortable visit. This is our third visit and won’t be our last. We thank the owners for their cosy home from home and their lovely welcome package."

"Stayed here several times on our way to, or home from Scotland, with our dog. Never had a bad stay. Staff fall over themselves to be friendly and helpful and food is great quality. "

Great location and room,

"Had a great one night stay here, the room was very clean and tidy and so was the bathroom. We ate in the restaurant which was also good. It’s a great location place to get to the three peaks, about 15 mins drive to Horton on ribblesdale. The only one slight downside to our stay was that there was a band playing in the pub below and typically we wanted to get an early night and start for the run the next morning. They were finished by 11 though and as someone who any other time would have been downstairs watching it isn’t really a complaint! "
