"Beautiful hotel, staff cannot do enough for you and are all super friendly. Shuttle bus runs all day to the beach bar and restaurant that is included in the all inclusive. Spa treatment was amazing, Dimitri was wonderful. Food was good, we didn't tire of the buffet and never needed to eat anywhere else. "We are gluten intolerant so the guest relations manager George was absolutely magnificent, sat us down on our first day to go over the food and all the restaurants, even organised gluten free beer to the mini bar in my room. Just stayed for the week but would recommend it to anyone who is celiac as all 3 in our party of 10 people never had 1 reaction. "The check in was quite easy, but the receptionist barely knew English which was abit of a langauge barrier. Which meant we didn't know where the meals were serviced or we had to get towels from them for the pool or beach etc. The room was decent, a bit of the shower was broken but apart from that was alright, the door only had a door lock so we had the cleaning crew walk into the room in the morning when we were sleeping twice.
