Chad offered some awesome recommendations for renting bicycles and getting around the lake to see the sights. Linda cooked an amazing breakfast for us each morning. "It felt clean and the staff was ok. They are not used to working at a hotel or a bnb, but they did their best. My main critizism would be the location. I don't know if it is a mistake by Expedia or the hotel, but it is nowhere near where it is indicated on the map. Its way out in the jungle."

"We really enjoyed our stays. Staff are all very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable including the shuttle driver and the retail staff. The room, spa services, and onsen are my favorites. My husband enjoyed the free yoga classes and the gym. We both love the plum tea and the beef noodle soup at the bar areas. Will definitely come back and stay again!!! Thank you !!! "

"Super cute B&B with really friendly staff and nice location. The only problem is the open toilet/bathroom....if you are not traveling solo you will essentially have 0 privacy when using the toilet. If you are a friends or a couple and OK with that, stay here! "

"Lovely hotel just around the corner from Shuishe bus stop. Close to pier, restaurants, 7-11, Family Mart. Elevator, nice shower, plenty of plugs and USB chargers, great breakfast. The complimentary tea in the rooms was AMAZING!! staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke great English. "

"Room was pretty ok. What turned me off was the person at the restaurant/ make shift check in counter told me if I did not like the room, I could leave, he is fine with it. This leaves me thinking what's wrong with the place? There is no proper entrance. It is more of a going through a restaurant to get to the rooms. Room was spacious and was clean. Bathroom was alright. The photos were nicer"

"The room was clean an spacious for 2. There is a window between the bathroom and bed area (a bit odd, yet there was a shade). They held our luggage as we arrived early. Only real complaint was the breakfast buffet, not well laid out, nor food replenished in a timely manner, it was very crowded. Overall, it was a good place tostay.at sun moon lake."
