"I have traveled around the world for more than 20 years and I have never been treated so rude by a hotel staff. When I paid Expedia it showed that the city Tax was included but the staff said "no". "We loved it here! The communication was top notch, they handled our dinner bookings and had the most beautiful view from their Infiniti pool! Rooms were clean and gorgeous and a short drive from Bellagio! The chef was sick unfortunately however breakfast each morning was far more than we have grown to expect in our travels! Highly recommend for a romantic getaway! "

"The hotel is set in a small village on the top of a hill overlooking Lake Como. The view is gorgeous, the restaurant was awesome and the staff are so lovely. I didn’t find the room particularly comfortable but we stayed in the least expensive room so perhaps the more expensive ones are a bit cozier. Our room was very basic and a bit run down but it’s an old building and has a lot of charm. Overall, it’s lovely but if you want luxury, I would recommend upgrading your room to a suite.
