After an initial meet and greet we were largely left to ourselves but they were always on hand to give assistance when requested. "Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. "We really enjoyed our vacation at this historic farm in Ranst. We had stayed here before, during the summer, and the place is equally enjoyable during the winter. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and plenty of space. We enjoyed reading in the living room with beautiful views of the farmland and orchards behind the property. Easy access to the highway and close to Antwerp and Lier. Highly recommended "
