"Good location, lovely staff and a fantastic breakfast. Two night stay in November 2024. Our first night was in a room in the annexe near the car park, a road and the railway line. Too noisy for me so we requested a room change which was done very professionally and efficiently. We had a good night's sleep on our second night. After I returned home I emailed the manager and I was happy with her response. "

"Lovely little place to stay. We had the only downstairs room which I much preferred. 1 toilet upstairs but we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t mind. The owner was helpful & offered us to check in an hour early on the day. Good transport links to central Belfast, just needed to walk up the road and jump on the bus towards the city centre. Overall, we had a great stay. "

"There was mould covering the bathroom. A hole in the bathroom floor covered by a mat and a strange, large mirror propped up opposite the shower head. The lights were hanging by bare cable in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Dirty towels left on the back of my bedroom door. The house smelled musty and looked dirty. The same for the bedroom. There was a notice to say the kitchen couldn't be used for cooking. Finally one of the owners/managers asked me to move my car because another guest wanted...

"The apartment was very clean, modern furnishings and excellently located. Situated off a single track road and adjacent to a working farm, some passing traffic during the day time but nothing worrying. I would and will go there again but will request an upper floor room as this would suit me better for leaving the windows open at night."
