"Early check in was accommodated as I flew in early, very welcoming. the room was first class with all the things you need. well furnished and modern. had the best breakfast in all my trips to NI, great service and conversation and excellent food. found my "go to place" when visiting and will definitely be recommending it to others."

"We stayed in the superior double room with en-suite. It was lovely! Spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved having the use of a kitchen. Great location and super easy to catch a quick bus into the city centre. Overall very happy with our stay and would return! "

"Excellent place for solo travelers on budget. My only concern was with the sink, it has separate taps for hot and cold water, making it quite uncomfortable to use especially in the cold weather. "

"Belfast Guesthouse Ensuite room was a great place to say in during our stay in Belfast. Walked into Belfast one day, only 2 miles but could have used the bus."

"This was a cheapish place to stay a bit out of the city but perfectly walkable. It was as described and very convenient. "

"There was mould covering the bathroom. A hole in the bathroom floor covered by a mat and a strange, large mirror propped up opposite the shower head. The lights were hanging by bare cable in both the bedroom and the bathroom. Dirty towels left on the back of my bedroom door. The house smelled musty and looked dirty. The same for the bedroom. There was a notice to say the kitchen couldn't be used for cooking. Finally one of the owners/managers asked me to move my car because another guest wanted...

"Met our expectations of shared living. Small stain on the pillow was not inviting. Easily remedied by not using that pillow."

"Lovely little place to stay. We had the only downstairs room which I much preferred. 1 toilet upstairs but we were only there for 2 nights so didn’t mind. The owner was helpful & offered us to check in an hour early on the day. Good transport links to central Belfast, just needed to walk up the road and jump on the bus towards the city centre. Overall, we had a great stay. "
