"This apartment was so close to the train station at La Spezia ( arrival/departure and Cinque Terre) and a short walk to the main shopping area with restaurants etc. The apartment was up 5 flights of stairs (no lift), but it was nice and light because of the skylights. It was a good size, lots of room for the 2 of us. I made use of the cooking facilities and washing machine which were supplied. The owner gave us some good recommendations for restaurants which we ate at 2; La Pia for the farinata...

"I have stayed in many properties around Viareggio for work over the past 2 years. I would stay here again. Very clean, everything must have been recently renovated because it's all like new. Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. Steps from the beach and promenade. great communication with managers."

"Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Gibt gute Tipps für alles in der Umgebung. Wenn man den Aufstieg von 130 Treppen zum Apartment ignorieren kann eine perfekte Lage, wir sind ganz schön ins schwitzen gekommen. Mit dem Parken gab es keinerlei Probleme. Der nächte Sand Strand ist in lerici etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto in der Hochsaison sollte man früh los fahren um einen Parkplatz zu ergattern. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub mit Action und Erholung. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit. "

"Happy to recommend Simona's property. An excellent location as a base to visit the surrounding area and beyond...and just to walk out of the door and enjoy walks in the immediate locality. A very comfortable apartment to return to and spend time in... it's a great location in Aquilea. Supermarket close by... and a ' negozio alimentari' and bar in Aquilea ( unfortunately the owners went on holiday the day I arrived, so cannot comment further ). Simona is very helpful re local information and...

"Alessandra was a wonderful host and has a beautiful apartment. My wife had an unfortunate accident in Florence just before arriving to La Spezia. Alessandra was very accommodating and patient with us in checking in and provided us with some good advice for the area. We had to cut our trip a day short but Alessandra was very accommodating in allowing us to check out late so that my daughters and I could explore Cinque Terre. "What a perfect little stay for a few days enjoying La Spezia and Cinque Terre. Very close to the train station so perfect for hopping on and off. A little bit of a walk to the more picturesque part of La Spezia or to the water but we didn't mind. The street is a little busy but you don't hear any of the noise with the windows closed. There's AC in the bedroom and main living space so it was plenty comfortable on some of the very hot August evenings. Lorenzo was wonderful! So many good...

"Nice clean hotel. Alex was very helpful from the front desk. Drinks were good, but the offering for dinner was a little sparse. A bit out of the way, but not bad. Very walkable from the bus. Beautiful and safe area. comfortable bed and nice hot shower with rain head"

"This hotel was very affordable and on a great location. Super close to La Spezia Centrale train station with great access to Cinque Terre transportation. Continental breakfast was awesome with unlimited coffee. The room was kind of small, but super clean every day. Totally recommmended."
