"The property and location were perfect for our needs while attending graduation ceremonies at ETEP. There were a few issues that I brought to the attention of the owner, which she said she would address. (We didn't need anything done immediately, but I just wanted her to know about them). She was very prompt with communication, and cares that her customers are comfortable. Overall, the house was clean, but needed a bit of attention here and there, which I expect has already been taken care of....

"Room for improvement: Didn’t receive check in information until 1 hour before arriving after I sent message and called. No designated parking although plenty of street parking. Strange smell. No hand soap in dispenser. Coffee in open unsealed bag in fridge and sugar old clumped and looked like someone had put a wet spoon in it. No hot water the morning of our departure. Thank goodness we took our showers the night before. Texted contact about it but didn’t hear back. Only 1 wash...

"We enjoyed our stay at this house. It is in a nice part of town and a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and well taken care of. The pool is nice too, but be prepared to pay 5/hr to heat it in the cooler months. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Our biggest complaint is the motion lights over the patio shine into the master bedroom (which doesn’t have blinds or drapes) and woke us up multiple times each night. Also, all of the hand soaps were mostly water which was kind of gross...

"We booked this home to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son who is stationed in EP. House was centrally located to the freeway and restaurant. Great spot super clean."

"Clean and comfy but kitchen badly under supplied with utensils and dishware and silverware. Upstairs bathroom fan was not operating at all. Kitchen drawer near sink kept coming off track and was then hard to close. Didn't like the puffy bath mats in Master bathroom. Confusing switches for lights and fans. THANKS. DLL"

"Very comfortable house with many homey touches. Kitchen was well-equipped and the common living spaces offered room to enjoy family activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. One thing that needs to be addressed is the rugs in the bedrooms need a thorough vacuuming."
