"The house is directly on the beach, the view is stunning, the deck has comfortable chaires. This beach is never crowded and very quite. There is a sandy part perfect for children, and rocky part perfect for snorkling. The most famous beaches, Perl and Grand anse are on tbe right and on the left, 10 minutes and 20 minutes walking distance. The trail to Grande anse is so beatiful! House has everything for cooking if you decide to cook at home. I cannot imagine the better place!"

"La maison de Béatrice est très belle et confortable. Bien décorée , fonctionnelle et très calme.A l'ombre l'après-midi, elle met a l'abri des grosses chaleurs. Son emplacement permet de visiter en moins d'une heure les sites touristiques de Grande Terre et même une bonne partie de ceux de Basse Terre.La petite plage de Babin à 5 minutes en voiture est très agréable. De plus , les propriétaires sont très discrets et sympathiques..A recommander sans hésiter."

"We had a great stay at Madame Gochaye's rental, very clean and modern, the pool is fantastic for young kids and the deck is great for relaxing. Definitely need a car as it's located a short drive out of Sainte-Francois. The hosts were very welcoming and it was lovely to be greeted with some local rum punch and snacks when we arrived. "On VRBO app the location stated we were a 5 min walk to the St Anne beach. We had difficulty communicating with the French speaking host and they had to come and lead us to the property in the dark. It was 20 minutes up the mountain on poor road conditions. We contacted the VRBO rep in the am and they connected with Abritel. We were given a partial refundrefunded The host was very gracious and understanding that we wanted to relocate."

Being able to wander out to the pool or lounge on the covered porch or walk down to snorkel across the street was divine. The kitchen had all we need. "The listing said daily house keeping and breakfast was provided but it wasn't. The actual title of the house said that as well. The owner told me to contact VRBO but they have nothing to do with what the listing says. He then stopped responding. Everything else was as described and the house is clean and specious."

Points of concern, a fully stocked kitchen should have a chef’s knife, tongs, spatula and adult size cocktail glasses. Ice cube trays or ice would be appreciated. "Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe."

"The resort is ver well staffed- there is always someone to assist with anything you need. They make good use of the very tiny beach but once you are in the resort you are a captive audience- nothing close by for eating, drinking, shopping, etc. we had a car but traffic was challenging and you certainly are not going to drive after a few beers 😳"

"Such fantastic, straight-forward service. Easy check-in, daily room cleaning that smelled amazing, and the grounds were impeccable. I could not have asked for more, I travel frequently and this hotel has the best, bed, pillows, sheets and bathroom. I have nothing negative to say. It was perfection. "
