"Staff are excellent. Breakfast was good but would have been very good if they have variety. Air-conditioner was too cold in the room and when turned off all the walls and floors are moisturisering and water everywhere. They changed us to level one room which was perfect. Overall good experience and visit again. "

My only criticisms are: (i) sometimes we didnt have enough towels or bathrobes, (ii) double check if you need something delivering as there was some miscommunication between reception and security, (iii) room walls are quite thin - was woken up by my neighbour receiving multiple phone calls and taking them all on loudspeaker. "

"We had a small baby accompanying us for the visa interview. Our train was to leave at a later time and we asked for some extra grace time. Initially the staff was uncompromising on our situation. However, the Hotel manager Mr. Balaji was very helpful. Full marks for the hotel manager and none for his other uncompromising staff, who did not even care when we said we had a small baby and wanted to charge double the room rent."

"Amazing property. The room was well appointed and the bed large and convenient. The best was the staff particularly the lady who checked us in. Shame about the metro work outside - ruins the atmosphere. "

"1st impression. No one to greet at arrival. There was only one thin guy who addresses guest by "yeah, what u want? Bad language and attitude. Shocking. No basic manners. Then the rest is history. The ambience. The staffs carry the same attitude. In the Room, there is No basic toiletries like dental kit and room slippers and even tissue box provided. When called housekeeping they said rudely its only provided upon request. In the bathroom, the tap is 30cm above the sink which is plate shaped...
