"This is an older home in a great safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Great for walking. The house is showing some age but everything worked. Kitchen was well equipped. Based on another guest’s recommendations we brought an extra blanket and throw and we are glad we did. One concern we did have in the “House Rules”, is the expectation that we clean the bathrooms and kitchen for the next guests, in spite of the fact we paid a cleaning fee in advance. "I'm hesitant to leave this glowing review, because I fear the next time I want to stay again, it'll be booked. The house is exactly as advertised, but is even better in person. The owner / manager is fantastic. We had one minor issue where he was ready to provide a solution in the evening, but we told him the following morning would be fine.
