Its so quiet and in a beautiful rural area a stones throw away from Motovun and lots of other places of interest. We loved our morning walks in this garden of eden abundant with flora and fauna. She lives next door so is on hand for any issues that arise. She doesn’t speak much English but we got by using hand gestures and Google Translate. I think that a car would be useful also, to far to walk into town for restaurants or shopping etc, especially if any mobility issues within your group, we did manage to get a taxi every evening though. The roads near by could get congested, hopefully this will be less so when Croatia joins Schengen.
