"Although we had a great stay at Mitsis selection Laguna when booking this I booked a bungalow sea view , i felt I was cheated on the room rate because we ended up with a garden view / children play area , and looked nothing like what was advertised on the website . We queried this at reception which we were offered another room but to another garden view so it wasn’t worth the upheaval of our belongings but the receptionist took a contact number if an upgrade became available he would call us....

"The property is very well maintained and clean, pools are beautiful, staff friendly and welcoming. Guest Services show a real desire to ensure you have a great stay. A la Carte restaurants served very well presented food but I found all restaurants to be a little bland for my taste, Pan Asian was the best restaurant we went to. In addition there are a wide range of drinks on offer but wine, beer didn't taste of high quality. A Prosecco I ordered was flat and tasted like it had been open too long...

"We were at Zorbas Village from 10th to 20th September 2016 This is me and my husbands 3rd time to the North coast of Crete, so we already knew the type of coast line and the beaches available. We were very pleasantly surprised as the beach with the hotels sunbeds and umbrellas were just the other side of a very minor road, which the local road train goes along. When booking I was concerned about the aqua park as we wanted a relaxing holiday but no problems as the aqua park was the other side...

"Was here to visit Crete and the apartment is furnished nicely . The kitchen is a hot plate and electric tea kettle. The apartment has a balcony and great views of the Mediterranean A kilometer from bus stop up hill. Open windows allow for great breeze as well as view of water. There are dogs next to place that keep you up all night."

"Good points Close to the beach Quiet and the pool was always free Supermarket and cash machine are close Aircon in the rooms Bad points Rock hard beds No idea who actually worked at the hotel and it seemed more for locals to use than tourists Room condition was pretty poor and dated Facilities are very limited Overall, the hotel was cheap and we were not expecting luxury but the standard was below what one would expect for the price. "The service was great, and the pool area / bar area was fun. Only issue was that the WiFi was terrible, which was an issue for me since i was traveling on business. Also I had to fix my shower head as it was clogged from minerals left behind by the water. Overall I had a good experience. The area is awesome and all the staff were very friendly"
