"We are on the road for work and don’t need an expensive hotel to deplete what we’ve earned. This hotel is a great no frills place to stay thats clean and the staff accommodating. If you’re looking for a clean place to stay at a good price this is it! Very basic with no hot breakfast but clean and comfortable. We’ve been staying here for work several years and all times have been good! We really like this hotel even tho it’s older and needs some updates, it’s a nice clean place to stay!"

"We didn’t hear from the owner on the rental day and were traveling from 2 states away already. I finally sent a message wondering why we hadn’t got any check in information…I was then informed that this rental was being rented out long term!! I had to fully pay the VRBO amount 10 months earlier and now it wasn’t available??!! He said he had another unit elsewhere and would get that ready for us! I was shocked! This wasn’t what we signed up for and our vacation was ruined!! BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS RENTER!! VRBO NEEDS TO INTERVENE IN THIS PERSONS ABILITY TO POST RENTALS ON THIS WEBSITE!!"

"The main floor and additional downstairs allowed us to spread out. The kitchen was basic, but allowed us to make a couple of simple meals. I appreciated that the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths provided us the space and comfort for our family. The neighborhood is rather rough and the exterior of the building made me pause when we approached, but the inside showed care and was clean."

"A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here! The ceiling is very low! Tried to reach out to owner the day of checking out ,finally got back to me 10 hours later ,telling me to notify Expedia. Beware of the $65- additional cleaning Fee on top of the nightly rental rate! It was a great location ,close by everything. Was a bit disappointed. "
