"The property was as described. The views were amazing when sitting at the tables by the pool. The views put the three bedrooms we used all had balconies and views of Bracciano Lake as well as the pool. Each bedroom had an air conditioner if you chose to use it independently of each bedroom. We each had our own bathroom which was great. Tommaso checked us in and toured us the house upon arrival and how things worked. He lives in the town so if we could have had any issues we was close. We had no issues. Armondo the honor called to check on everything the evening of our check it. He communicated well with us. He even answered several emails to answer questions before our arrival. Very helpful to have a washer. The home sits upon a hill for amazing views. It’s pretty quiet area but short drive into town. We really liked that fact. It’s easy access to Rome per Tommaso taking the train from Anguilla was pretty easy and saved us from driving in the city center area. Cheap tickets. We loved everything about the house and surrounding area. Highly recommend. The pool is huge if traveling with a family in particular. It is a little tricky to unlock the entry gate it seems to stick a bit. That was the only difficulty we had. Other than that if we should return to this area we would definitely try to stay here again!"

"My husband and I had a micro-wedding at the villa with our immediate family and friends totaling 13 people. The property was stunning and was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The house is HUGE and more than comfortably fit everyone with their own bedroom. The space was very clean and all the details are thought of and provided. We had Roberto cook us a couple of meals and HIGHLY recommend doing that. The food was better than we expected! Overall, we cannot say enough good things about the space as well as Roberto. He answers your questions immediately and is always available. Would recommend to everyone and would stay again in the future."

"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"This is a perfect place for genuine Italian flare. The grounds of this villa are beautiful. The rooms are miniature villas and are right next to the restaurant. The restaurant is an elegant and romantic setting with doors swinging open to the garden area as well as outdoor seating. Most important is the excellent quality of the food! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Wish we could go back soon. This is a perfect spot for couples to enjoy as a first night after arrival at the Rome airport or staying there the night before your flight. Also very close to Lake Bracciano "

"Wow where do I begin, I've been traveling Italy for a year and this was easily my favorite stay! Elena & Monika are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make us feel as if we were visiting family friends. Upon arrival (which was after 20.00) we were personally greeted by Elena who assisted us with bags & offered to prepare the hot tub for us to relax after a long drive. She also recommended a few great restaurants that were still open & knew Elena so they offered us a discount! The property, just breathtaking. If you are looking for a relaxing stay, close enough to town & the lake but feels like you are in a remote location this is the pefect stay for you. The property is large with views of the lake, their olive tree farm on one side & their beautifully landscaped gardens / pool on the otherside. The bedrooms had stunning furniture that made you feel like royalty (& VERY comfortable beds). The shower is breathtaking with an overhead rainfall showerhead (also a separate handheld showerhead). Their towels & bathrobes (and houseshoes) were all extremely comfortable and plush. The pool was well equipt with beverages, lounge chairs; both in the sun & under shade. I believe one of the suites has its own hot tub but there is also a beaufiul hot tub room disconnected from the main house but still very close by. It was incredibly relaxing to spend time there before going to bed. All in all, I cannot wait to come back! "
