"Awesome place! My only real complaint is the “continental” breakfast. It’s little more than pastries and coffee and the coffee was weak at best. They appear to want you to order breakfast so they make it unappealing for the “free” one. At over $250/night in Buffalo, NY, I would expect a little more. As for the rooms…awesome! My significant other could not stop raving about the bathroom and more specifically the toilet! lol. We also arrived around midnight and the desk attendant had to read us the amenities and things about the hotel. He did not seem to know much about the property or area. I suspect he was not given a lot of training. All-in-all, still a 5 star experience and we will go back!"

"After seeing mixed reviews, I was a little bit nervous for my stay here. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the staff. The hotel is modern, clean and well kept. Our room was ready when we arrived. On the weekend we were able to street park for free which was awesome. We didn’t use the facilities or visit the restaurant so cannot comment on them. But there were nearby bars and coffee shops that we enjoyed which were within a few minute walk. And we were able to both walk to the Arena as well as shuttle back after the event. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
