"The host Anne was very pleasant to talk to. She and the helpers went above and beyond creating a ramp for my wheelchair-bound grandmother to be able to enter in the home every time I reached out to her, the communication was always on key. This house is so beautiful so serene everyone had ample amount of space, it was just quiet and we love the fact that we were able to interact with the animals. My family and I are already planning our second trip. I want to always be able to rent this place...

"we have family in the area and needed a larger place for family thanksgiving. the house was centrally located and had plenty of room to gather inside and out. it was clean and comfortable. it is not easily handicap accessible as my mother is in a wheelchair and the chair was too large for the hallway coming from the ramp.. the great news is the front is very low threshold and we could get her in through this are. the master bath was perfect for someone in a chair. the kids loved the pay...

"We went into Raleigh to meet up with family nearby on our way to New Bern. We were excited to stay in this studio because it looked great. We were NOT disappointed. Everything was so well thought out. The host was very communicative and was a gracious host. The property was exceptionally clean and the amenities were as listed. They even had coffee and fresh cream for us! We would 100% stay there again when we visit Raleigh. Probably one of the best stays we've had. Would have loved to stay...

"Having lived and worked in the region decades ago we were excited to return. Sandy Haven was perfect for our needs. It was close to every place we wanted to revisit: Raleigh, Garner and Cary. Our host, K, gave perfect directions to a lovely and clean property. We would definitely stay here in the future!"

"It’s a nice place if you have teenagers and you are hosting a small gathering.. indoors only. Property manager/host, very responsive and professional. I would secure this property again for a small weekend gathering. "

"I really liked this hotel . We were able to walk to a concert we were seeing during our visit . Love the retro feel of the bar/lounge area. The area around the hotel was walkable and very nice . The staff was very friendly and accommodating ."
