If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom. The property managers were awesome and their communication was phenomenal. The fairy tale easter eggs were great and my 10 year old daughter loved everyone of them. I would highly recommend this cottage to a family with small children. Thank you guys so much for accomadating our family on a much needed 4th of July getaway."
