"My family and I were so happy we decided to book this location. It is literally 10ft away from a 7/11 store to get any food or drinks necessary. Having the 7/11 be open 24hrs was really great as we were getting food at odd times because of jet lag in the first few days. "Great location if you’re staying near Haneda airport. About a 10 minute walk to Kojiya Station. From there it’s about 30 minutes to Tokyo tower. The owners provided great instructions to find the apartment and recommendations for food that were within walking distance. Overall a great experience and worth the money. The listing says that it can sleep 8. Two of the double’s were in one room. I recommend for groups 5-7. If you have a bad back and hip like I do be mindful of the couch...

"Pictures lie lie lie, 5 of us cant stay in small room as pictures lie to me. We had to rent a hotel esle where on the same day. We email and ask for refund but nothing or anyone care. We left the same day we check in and didnt even stay more then one hour. Refund now."

"This was our first time at this hotel and we will definitely come back to stay here again in the future! It was very convenient and family friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, modern, and very spacious. Every floor had a common microwave, vending machine for drinks and a scale. The bathhouse was great. We enjoyed it after a long day of walking. The kids playroom is ideal for younger children aged 3 and below as the room is very small and does not have any play equipment for older children. The laundry facility is very convenient and has a vacuum sealing machine. The only downside is when other guests forget to take out their laundry and hotel staff cannot do anything about it unless the laundry has been left in the machine for at least an hour. There is a family mart convenience store that you can access from inside the hotel. Shiomi station is only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel and is 3 stops away from Tokyo Station. There are a few restaurants, a Ministop convenience store, and a grocery store near Shiomi station. The staff was also very helpful when you needed them. My children left behind a few of their items and the hotel was quick to respond and confirm our items to ship back to us (at our expense of course). "
