"Check in was okay. Took a while finding my record but it’s all good. Friendly staff. I wish there’s a curtain separating the toilet from the shower. Clean room. Refrigerator and some kitchen items provided. I slept early. They’re very helpful."

"Horrible disgusting property. False Check-in time (site says 2pm but was informed 3pm). Messed up my reservation so had a different room that was smaller. Staff blamed Expedia, but that’s very hard to believe especially since Expedia has been top notch with my reservation requests with no issues. Toilet had no toilet seat, shower had exposed electrical wire and felt absolutely disgusting and dirty. Super hot and humid with weak AC. Extra bed is just a very thin mattress on the floor. "Water heater was not working in the first room. Later we got assigned a new room, which is quite dark in the day even though there's a window because the window is facing inside the building. The drainage of the bathroom needs to be cleaned better because there was an unpleasant smell whenever you take a shower. Good thing is the hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle and the staff is friendly. To those with walking inconvenience, there is no elevator in the hotel. "

"C Tower was a nice value for the price we paid. They offer breakfast delivered to your room or the rooftop hangout area. The room was basic but clean, and the ladies at the front desk were friendly. There’s not much to do in the surrounding area, but that seems to be the case for most of Puerto Princesa unless you do the underground river."
