Tihomar contacted us the day prior to arrival to organise our check in and was very flexible about the time as we were uncertain of the exact time we would get there. We were able to contact him when we were approaching Zagreb to update him and agree an exact time. He sent us a link to a parking garage about an 8 min (flat) walk away so we could drop off our luggage before returning our rental car. On arrival at the apartment we got good information...

It was a bit noisy overnight (apartment overlooks a street with restaurants and mainly pedestrian traffic) so bring ear plugs if you prefer quieter surroundings. I was able to walk everywhere. It was easy to access from the public transportation. Owner sent excellent directions via WhatsApp. Check out is 10 am and they shared the name of a luggage storage facility which was close by. "It was our first visit to Zagreb. The apartment was very easy to find and quite close to parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the area. It was within waking distance of most everything we wanted to see. The check in and check out was very simple and easy. "

"Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working....

"Cute little apartment. When we checked in, David showed us around, explaining how to use the TV, etc., and where important items were located. The Wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. We had requested a baby bed, and it was there and set up for us when we arrived. The hosts were polite and very helpful. The apartment is in a great location, across the street from a small park, a pizzeria, a pub, and two great little coffee shops. There's a pharmacy and food mart nearby, and it's a straight...
