"The house is very conveniently located just two blocks east of Lake Calhoun. Grocery stores, coffee shops, drugstores all close by. Access to highways is easy. Situated on a quiet street, the house is very well equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, living areas). Communication with host was always prompt. Thank you for making it available."

"Home is in a great location and is very clean a well maintained. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is equipped with most of what you need for preparing meals. Janine is an excellent host and responds quickly if you have a request or question. Staying in this home was a great choice for us."

"Great experience overall- three bedrooms with two large beds and two twin beds along with pull out couch. Somewhat crowded for a family group of 12 but as long as you like your family, works great. Can't beat for the cost. "

The rental had everything we needed, from shampoos and bodywash, a plethora of beds and blankets, and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Super easy to get in and out. "I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!"
