"Had a 3 generation gathering for Thanksgiving weekend. Kitchen and Dining areas worked great for our large meals. Beds and Linens were comfortable. Bathroom cleanliness was top notch. Snowed 6”-8” and driveway cleanup was lacking in timeliness and thoroughness. Expected better in an area very used to dealing with snow. Several other minor issues, but Overall, we had a great weekend!"

"The property was beautiful and really spacious for 11 people. It was near Sunday river. The property is on the main road not as busy as I thought I would be. It snowed one of the nights we were there, no maintenance properly passed by to clean the property. We didn’t see any shovel on the property either. Overall I rate this stay a 5/5. We will be back again"

Overall, we enjoyed the house and our stay. However, the house was very warm!!! We were there in August and it was 90+ outside and humid. "House was even better than we expected. Everything was literally brand new. Nicely decorated and included everything that you’d need. Location was nice - just a short drive to Sunday River. Downstairs game room a great spot for the kids to hangout. Owners were very responsive to questions. Would definitely rent again."

Close to so many hidden gems in Woodstock, Greenwood, Grafton Notch State Park. An hours drive to Portland! Make sure you hike Lapham Ledge at Bucks Ledge Trails for the full experience! "We had such an incredible stay! Beautiful views and the house is clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend it for a small gathering like we had. The only bummer was the hot tub was like half broken and kinda questionable looking. But other than that, Beautiful property and views, clean, well decorated, plenty of space.
