"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

"We thought the staff at Hotel Tribe were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The food and drink in the bar and restaurant was also excellent. The room was comfortable and well equipped, but the lighting was a bit bizarre and difficult to work out. However, we were disappointed with how much we were charged to get to the airport- 5 euros each to T1 and 10 euros to T2. "We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well prepared every morning with plenty of options. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing we wished was included was a hot tub in the spa. Overall great experience and would definitely come back. "

"the spa is amazing and very nice breakfast. Overall , it's a very nice hotel to stay. but the service was a bit chaotic for us. we waited at the taxi station for more than 20 mins, no one came to pick us up, despite we called several times. we walked to the hotel with our luggages, the reception staff just explained that they were busy. I know you might be busy, but you could explain to me on the phone, or offer something alternative."

"The Hotel Helvetia was perfect for my short stay in Zermatt. I had read many of the previous reviews so I was prepared. The hotel is a short 5 minute walk from the train station, there is no elevator and my room was quite small but had a balcony overlooking the street filled with people. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants. This hotel was quite reasonably priced and in a great location."

"A cozy tiny house, on a sunny mountainside with great views. In a calm, authentic little town. A great surprise for us was the path, just at the end of the garden, who takes you on a beautiful trip around the mountain.
