"Beautiful villa with breathtaking view "

"Beautiful little villa high up on the hills outside Grasse. We sat outside on the veranda every evening enjoying the view with our wine and appies after long days sight seeing. Even the friendly felines made us feel welcome. One note, we had a larger suv for 5 adults and the parking getting into the garage was a little tight."

"This villa is perched high in the hills near a quaint medieval town. The views were spectacular, the home comfortable and spacious, and it was a quick walk to town (which had a number of wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and gelato venues.) The infinity pool was perfect to jump into after a day out site seeing in the French Riviera. Both our host and property manager made everything very easy for us. We had a wonderful family holiday. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Good location 30 minutes walk to La Napoule restaurants, bars and port. Easy journey by car or train to Cannes, Nice etc. Fantastic garden and pool. Air conditioned bedrooms were great. Supermarket close by."

"The property is wonderful - very comfortable, interesting, and spacious, and very French (ie chic, lovely pictures of the cote d'azur, outside tables). It also has lovely additions including a decent sized private pool, a table tennis table, plenty of parking. Two other points: the location is superb, within easy reach of Vence, St Paul de Vence, Nice and the cote d'azur; and the contact with owners David and Elisabeth, and their housekeeper Francoise, was easy and welcoming. "Stayed at this wonderful property for 2 weeks and wife and I fell in love with its location and stunning views. You will need a car but you are going to be nested in a national park 5 minutes drive from civilization. Patricia (host) was super attentive and responsive from pre booking to checking out. Her villa has all you need from AC to parking and more. The rooms are spacious and in a serene : quiet settings by. The domain has a great pool to do laps, tennis courts and access to hiking /...

"I have just returned from this property in l'esterel area and can only say one thing about this property "OUTSTANDING". We arrived on Monday 7/1 and Nico met us at the property and from the beginning Nico made our stay so enjoyable, he prepared a detail of activities in the area, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Thank you Nico for your attention to detail and help you are amazing as a host! The property is realistic to the pictures. It is a stunning modern property and we enjoyed the evenings...
