"Instructions on proper access was very clear. Unit was somewhat clean - baseboards were dusty, screens were dusty. Great place to stay if you want absolute peace and quiet. Unit is in need of an AC unit because it was hot! Price was reasonable for what you get. Overall satisfied."

"The location of Islander on the Beach was perfect! 15 minutes north of the airport. Right in the middle of the island. Heading North to Hanalei was a 50min drive and heading south to Waimea was roughly 50minutes. The resort was clean and beautiful. The pool/jacuzzi area was just as nice and the pool bar was the cherry on top. Our room was a studio room over looking the ocean. Going to sleep with the waves was so relaxing. There is A/C for this unit but most nights we slept with it off and slider...

"The resort is beautiful and everyone is so friendly and helpful. The location of our unit was perfect, near the ice machine, laundry, beach walkway and tennis courts."

Lots of beach supplies such as snorkel gear, flotation noodles, flippers, umbrella, beach towels/blankets, chairs, boogie boards, a few beach toys, and netted carry bags. "We’ve stayed here twice already. It’s an unbeatable location with beach access on a pristine quiet beach. It’s next to a river full of palm trees with a jungle look. The property is huge with a large private lawn/garden. The only ding on this listing is that it’s an outdated beach bungalow. "Beautiful natural views, friendly wildlife & a kind, cozy place. The Kaua’i Inn is situated underneath gorgeous mountains and is lush with beautiful flowers and tropical flora. Vivid flowers dot the common areas of the inn like hibiscuses and plumerias, giving it a striking splash of color. Wild chickens & peacocks freely walk around the property. These birds are friendly, which make for great photo opportunities. Cute, small geckos also call the property home, as well as several neighborhood house cats. The staff is very warm and friendly, ready to help even without asking, like when one staff member kindly brought us extra towels while we swam in the pool. The Kaua’i inn is very cozy and our room was the perfect size for a vacationing couple looking to relax and enjoy the slow, easygoing pace of Kaua’i. It was very neat and clean. We are very happy with our time there. Mahalo, Kaua’i Inn, for making our stay as beautiful as your inn."
