We liked staying here. The walk to DL wasn't far. We did have 2 issues that were minor. The shower door in the master bedroom was broken and wouldn't close and the screened outer entry door had issues. Other than that, it would have gotten 5 stars for everything 😊

Excellent location
This is a fantastic property. The location is great. It is about a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, so it is close enough to go back and take a little break instead of having to be at the parks all day. The house was very clean and close to many restaurants and grocery store. The host was very responsive and check in was easy. We will definitely try and stay here again next time.

Fantastic place to stay!
We stayed for 11 days and boy did we love it!!! The condo had everything we needed and more. The space was set up so nicely with great sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms (having 3 toilets was key to getting out of the house early for our daily activities!) We enjoyed the pools and the walk to Disney was short and sweet with shaded areas to keep out of the heat! Thank you for this wonderful place to stay!!

We were very happy with our stay. It was close to the parks and was comfortable. A few extra kitchen and bath towels would be good as we had a large group. But overall a pleasant stay.

Clean, comfortable, and close to the park!
This property has ample space for a decent sized group, and you simply can't beat the location. The home is kept clean and has great amenities; it's an older building but well-kept. Neighbors all seemed friendly, even those that seem to live there full-time. You can see/hear the Disney fireworks right from the front porch every night; so don't panic where you suddenly hear loud rumbling at 9:30pm. Pool access was incredible, 3 pools and a hot tub that were never busy (though I'm sure that changes with the weather). Would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The Storybook Villa is perfectly situated, a short walk from Downtown Disney. It is a nice unit with plenty of room both inside and out, an easy access to the pool, close to various shopping areas with a parking right in front. Overall, a really nice stay in Anaheim. Thank you!

Overall a very good experience. Especially handy to make the trip back and forth from Disneyland each day. Appreciated the strollers, numerous beach towels (the community hot tub was fantastic), plenty of bathrooms, and nice little patio. Oh, and the beds were super comfortable.

Home was clean and just the right size for my family of 6. Walking distance to the parks ( about 15-20 min to the tram). Parking space is right in front of the home so easy loading/unloading, more than enough fresh towels, and area was quiet. Definitely recommend for a Disneyland stay!

Great rental for Disneyland
We had a great stay. The home is well maintained and stocked with household supplies. Minutes away from Downtown Disney and Disneyland walking. Beds were so comfortable. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating to our needs, easy to reach as needed. My kids LOVED all of the little Disney touches throughout the house. We would definitely try to book again for our next visit!

Disneyland Villa +
This townhouse is located a short walk to Disneyland. There is room for plenty of people and it is well equipped. For families with little ones, there are a couple of strollers and play pens. If you are looking to visit Disneyland, you can’t beat this location or the reasonable price. Owners are fantastic to work with.

Great Disney Location
Overall, very happy with our recent stay here! This is the first time staying in this complex, and we really loved the location and convenience for our Disney days. Our kids (and ourselves) really enjoyed the pool and park areas on our “break days” from Disney. Lots of nearby grocery shopping, which is important for a family with 3 little kiddos. The property was well equipped for young kids, which I appreciate (strollers, high chair, kids cutlery/plates, etc). I would only say that if you are picky about a high level of esthetics for the place you stay, you may want to consider a different place. There are some renovations that could be done (cracks in grout, creaky floors, etc), but none of this bothered us. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the happiest place on earth! Thank you!

Loved how close the property is to Disneyland. We were able to easily walk to the Disney tram and walk back from Downtown Disney. The green space was good for frisbee throwing. The pool was super cold, apparently the heater has been out for a while now. But the hot tub was nice and toasty and empty when we showed up to enjoy it.
