"Kavalotti place was located a short walk from most attractions which was great for my friends and I as we only had 2 nights in Athens. Marios was lovely and helpful, providing assistance and recommendations for places to visit and where to eat. The apartment itself, at first, was amazing with modern decor and spacious areas to congregate, however we quickly found the flaws. Every single one of the chairs was missing at least one bolt in the legs - we only found this out after I sat on one...

"We had the most amazing time in Athens! We loved the location and the apartment was so clean. The only thing we would recommend is another air conditioning unit for the apartment. It was very hot and the one unit did not cool the apartment down enough. Other than that we would definitely recommend this property and stay there again! Thank you so much! "

"Our stay at the Submarine apartment was absolutely wonderful. We decided to take the Metro from the airport, and although the taxi we took upon arrival at the Acropoli station seemed clueless as to the address, we managed to get there with all of our luggage. Our host, Alexandros, was beyond helpful and answered my messages immediately.
