"I really enjoyed staying at The CBR Boutique. The room was excellent, with a great view. The breakfast could be improved upon, but did include fruit and pastry. The location was lively and with many activities near by. Much thought had been put into the decor with built in closets, TVs, toilets separate from showers, book lined facilities, quiet space without intrusion . "

"The hotel staff were very helpful and offered recommendations and made restaurant reservations for us. The spa was lovely and I had a great massage. The gal didn't speak English and I don't speak Portuguese (sorry!), but we made it work. The hotel breakfast was soooo good. The property overall was very nice and it is steps away from restaurants and shopping, but very quiet. "

"The rooms are literally boxes built inside an old parking garage--so no window. Restaurant and bar on the top floor with views of river and park. But quite, dark and cool for sleeping. a/c and private baths."
