"The hot springs was wonderful, the room was clean enough, water was hot, the balcony was wonderful, surrounding landscape was gorgous, lots to see if you want to walk around the area and the staff was nice. The beds sunk into the middle, the room had NO sound control (which made sleeping difficult), the coffee pods were hidden in the desk (which was odd) and the chair on the balcony were not comfortable to sit it, food prices were very high and not very good. Overall it was a good stay, but...
