"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"Beautiful hotel with pretty views and plenty of room for our family of 5. The balcony was huge and we loved sitting out there in the mornings to drink our coffee. Gennaro was incredibly helpful and even went to meet us when we arrived at the port and walked us all the way to the hotel. Along the way, he pointed out good restaurants, sights, and how to navigate the island & even helped carry our luggage. We had a great stay in Capri and staying here added to the overall experience!"

"Amazing view, communication was good, however Angela asked for a 70.00 euro cleaning fee in cash after the booking. We told her that VRBO doesn’t endorse any charges not part of the original booking. She stated her fees are very high. We explained to her, she needs to increase her fees prior to booking if needed. We came to terms, it’s an amazing property and she’s a lovely hostess. I’d definitely recommend her home. "

"This holiday house was the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The manager was onsite every day and was very helpful. She was available and always cheerful when we passed by on our daily trips to visit this wonderful area of Italy. The apartment was located one block from the train and bus station which made it very convenient for all the trips to Naples, Pompeii and the Amalfi coast.. Located just a few blocks from the heart of Sorrento's restaurant and shopping district. "

"We loved staying in Sorrento at Elena’s apartment during the holiday season. The lights and gaiety of the city were wonderful and it served as s great location for day trips to Pompei and Herculaneum. The apartment itself was a great location within easy walking distance to everything. The facilities were elegant and comfortable. "We stayed here for 13 days, the unit, community and views were amazing! The food was delicious, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There was a pizza festival and that was fun! We loved everything about Vico Equense and hopefully will be back soon. I do however, wish they were transparent about the construction going on next to us. The few days we stayed home it was very loud. Beds were hard, we had to put pillows on the mattress to soften them up."

"Once in conversation with Ettore shortly before arrival, the stay was on a good track to be excellent. He gave guidance for the arrival with luggage to be only a short walk. Time was used upon arrival for us to become familiar with the functions of the residence, and this all worked out well. There was also help with points of interest information and guidance for transport that was invaluable. Thank you very much for fond memories during this stay."
