"The location was perfect for our needs. Just a short walk to the beach. The house fit our family of 5 very well. There were a few issues that came up during our visit. The owner was quick to respond and gracious. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was nice and quite. There is a cute coffee shop not too far away. The barking seals and sound of the waves added to the charm of this location. "

"Spent a long weekend for an annual holiday trip with the family. We love Hollywood Beach and this house was perfect! Great location and the beach was really nice this side of the harbor. The house had plenty of space and accommodated all 7 of us with sleeping quarters. Loved it and would stay again! "

"The property was perfect for our family get together. The kitchen was perfect for cooking with the family and you had beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen and living room! We could all fit around the living room and hang out and talk. Just steps from the sand, we played on the beach all day and even got in some hoops at the basketball court! Everyone had their own space in this spacious property and it was just perfect for us!"

We enjoyed the rooftop breezes from the beach as we watched the sailboats cruise by in the marina and as they headed out to open water.Oxnard is terrific - close enough to L.A. but not nearly the mad pace.We were able to walk to the coffee shop, enjoy the park areas and beach, and the fresh fruit at the farmers market was the freshest imaginable. House was clean and well equipped with the common expected items - so thankful for the warm welcome...

"Wonderful place, couldn't be happier or have been more perfect. Jane's communication was prompt and helpful. House was clean, comfortable, and simply perfect for this couple and a dog. Easily could fit another couple or a family with kids. Short drive to downtown. Walkable to Starbucks or Vons or to some restaurants. Joggable to pier on bikepath by ocean, walk to sunset, coffee on balcony, naps with birds chirping outside, tea by the fire. Peaceful. Simple. Beautiful. Wasn't missing anything we...

The location was “senior friendly” (bedrooms on first floor, steps to the sand and nice umbrella and table to eat outdoors) and “teen friendly” (beach, sand, games) — everyone had a wonderful time. "Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home. "

"I liked that there was super clear and professional communication with the owners. Easy walking distance to the beach. The only consideration is that there are only two bathrooms. If you have the max number of guests, 10 people, be prepared to share two sinks/mirrors/showers between the 10 of you. Otherwise a perfect beach house. I would definitely visit again in the summer to enjoy all the beach toys they have!"

"Great property with a few exceptions. Sliding windows facing ocean need to be cleaned, would help if a squeegee were available. Need reading lights in all bedrooms, including living area so you don’t need to turn on overhead lights at night. Definitely need a booklet with house instructions for using all appliances including heater and oven. Would be very beneficial if all bedrooms had luggage racks.
