The location is superb for restaurants, tram/train, and walkability to museums and entertainment. The hotel was clean, quiet, and charming. The owner runs it efficiently and is a friendly, helpful source of local information. You should be able to climb stairs... I highly recommend it!

I would not stay here if you like to sleep the hotel is on a street with several bars with outside seating so at 230 am I almost called the police about the noise but then I figured they probably don’t care the rooms are very small and the front desk were not very friendly I Love Amsterdam but would stay elsewhere next time

This property is in a good location, Some 20 to 30 minutes walk to Amsterdam Central or museums. The room is clean with all basic amenity. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Decent stay in a friend and clean hotel
Very friendly welcome and service. Room was bright and very clean. 'Breakfast included' means 5 euro refund upon checkout (if you submit receipts) for each breakfast purchased anywhere before 11am, which in an ok concept, but doesn't cover much due to Amsterdam prices. Noise level outside and inside hotel was high (doors slamming late at night, morning cleaning and guests leaving), which normally wouldn't bother me but affected my sleep considerably. But overall decent stay with good value for the area.

חמישה ימים באמסטרדם, המלון שוכן בכיכר רמברנדט המרכזית, מיקום מושלם ונוח לכל מקום, אם ברגל ואם בטראם. המלון ללא מעלית, עם מדרגות תלולולת וצרות, אך החדר שהיינו בו היה מרווח מאד, נקי, עורפי (כך שהמולת הרחוב כלל לא השפיעה עלינו) מסעדות, מועדונים, קופישופ, הכל סביב המלון. הצוות היה מקסים, אדיב ועזר מאד כשכותבים כולל ארוחת בוקר- הכוונה שתאכלו בחוץ ותשמרו את החשבונית ורק בצ'ק אאוט תקבלו על כל אחד 5 יורו לכל יום שאכלתם בוקר (עד 11:00) בחוץ... כך שזה לא באמת א.בוקר כלולה... סהכ המלון מספק מאד ביחס למיקומו ולמחיר היה לנו מזג אויר מושלם! שמש כל הימים ללא טיפת גשם כך שנהנו לטייל ברחובות, בין התעלות. אמסטרדם נוחה, נגישה ואנשים מקסימים

Good and comfortable accomondation in central Amst
Good and confortabke location. Friendly host. Only set back is there is no lift and stairs are quite steep. Not elderly friendly for old people with lots of heavy bags.

Fantastic hotel!
The room we stayed in was lovely (24) and in a fantastic area! it exceeded our expectation! The room was cleaned thoroughly, only downside was a slight area of limscale around the grout in the shower but everything else was perfect! Hosts were great and so friendly.

Good spot
Short walk from Rembrandtplein, spotlessly clean. Large room (by Amsterdam standards). Friendly staff, no breakfast served, but you can bring your receipt back and get €5! The street is busy - lots of bars etc, so might be noisy at night.

Even though the area had a power outage due to a gas explosion for two days. they kept us informed and made sure that we could get into the hotel and the rooms safely. The room was very clean and kept clean on a daily basis. Would highly recommend.

Room smelled terrible, sore throat
The room smelled terrible of paint, toilet sank and taps constantly dripped. Over priced, I have stayed in better hostels than this hotel

The hotel was nice. Breakfast is not included even though it is advertised as included. You have to claim if you have a meal before 11 am and there is a 5 Euro per person limit.

Old musty room but amazing location
Couldn't have been in a better part of the city. Tons of restaurants, nightclubs and coffeeshops minutes away. However the room wasn't very comfortable and the whole hotel smelled like old musty wood. Great place if you're looking to be next to the party. Stay somewhere else if you can't handle a dingy hotel.
