I was unable to check in for my stay as my flight was cancelled due to weather conductions. I asked for a refund which they said no to which I understand to a certain extent. However, I asked if I could simply come the next weekend with the same dates and they utterly refused. When I tried to call to talk about it, the man on the phone spoke to me with so much disdain in his voice. He acted like I was dirt and told me to go send and email as couldn’t be bothered to help me. Do not book with them.

Nice reception people and close to everything but it is only 2 positive things i can say. Room is as basic as dormitory rooms in my student years. Maybe yard rooms are quieter but mine had a tram noise and street noise. I highly recommend to rent something a bit farther from the city center for the same money. I had 2 nights of none refundable stay. Otherwise would move out after first night experience.

The place to be is the Overtoom, so the environment was marvelous. The smell of weed in the middle of the night, when I opened the beautiful balcony door, was nasty and overwhelming.

My best friend and I had a great time staying at the Hotel. Sadly my sheets were dirty when we arrived but I got a change really easily and the employees were really nice, too. All in all it wasn't the cleanest place but allright for a short stay.

Simple/affordable accommodations
We stayed here for a weekend. The location is great - not right in the busy/tourist area, but a short walk to get there. The area is very nice. Rooms were simple, but had everything we needed. It was very hot in the room, but they had provided a fan, which was greatly appreciated. Reception area is quite nice and the breakfast included was great!

Hotel was ok cant fault it for the price 1 plug socket was a little damaged in the room but wasnt an issue for us personally. Private bathroom is veryyyy small so anything is difficult in here for a large person like myself, towels replaced every day and free breakfast provided by hotel cannot complain.
