Run Down & Dirty....
"The price was right, but I would have almost prefered sleeping on the street. Very run down and dirty property. Flies on my floor The reception was good for checkin, but that was the only positive. Well, the WIFI was fast as well."

"The area is a poor location in a very Islamic area, dirty and unkempt and not pleasant in any way with poor eating facilities anywhere nearby.
