"Hotel location was near KLCC. If you have big family or small kids which requires daily cooking or washing, this apartment would be ideal for you. However, you might want to arrange your own breakfast. The breakfast was served in packed meal and choices were limited. After a few days, you would have tried all the food choices. "

"The hotel was not recently renovated. It is well-maintained and very clean. We were so impressed with the kind staff and the excellent food! The location is also good because it was easy to get to the city center by taxi. This was a lovely stay"

"Rooftop pool must be popular for couples and many taking photos from there. Check-in run by remote and reception facility is only a room with chair. Seems temporary facility and segmentalized person attending check in, There seem no secure luggage storage at reception area as not a hotel. also often the case with apartment style accommodation you will find many missing cutleries you wish to have. Close to the MRT station is good advantage for matured but facility suits for young couple. "

"We've been staying at the Traders Hotel in Kuala Lumpur since 2017, and it remains our go-to for its outstanding value and prime location. It's a solid 4-star establishment with comfortable, clean rooms. What sets it apart is its proximity to KLCC—just a short walk or a quick, complimentary buggy ride away. For runners like me, it's perfectly situated; I never miss a chance to fit in a 10 km run around the beautifully maintained KLCC Central Park, which also links to safe bike lanes for some city freestyling early in the morning. A heads-up about breakfast: the service can get crowded during peak hours from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. To avoid a rush and start your day smoothly, I recommend heading to the 5th-floor restaurant before 7:30 AM. The staff is incredibly friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience at Traders. "

"stayed at Chambers Residence and had a fantastic experience. The location is safe and very walkable, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Public transport is conveniently accessible, which was perfect for getting around without any hassle. The surrounding area also offers a great glimpse into the local culture, with plenty of eateries, shops, and attractions to discover nearby. The combination of comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm makes Chambers Residence a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the city!"

"I recently stayed at this property for four nights, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. This made a big difference in the overall comfort and cleanliness, which are essentials for any hotel stay. Additionally, communication from the property management was poor. When I tried to reach out regarding the lack of housekeeping and other basic needs, responses were either delayed or unhelpful. It felt as though guest concerns were not a priority, which was disappointing. The area and the property’s appearance suggest a high standard, but unfortunately, that standard was not reflected in the service. The lack of attention to basic upkeep and guest satisfaction was surprising and disappointing, given the potential of the place. Overall, I would not recommend this property unless management improves their maintenance and customer service. "

"Property double booked us. Didn’t get in touch even though contacted via email. Said I should have WhatsApp’d. Had to relocate us to a different apparent building 6km away which was a 1 bedroom, original apartment had 2 bedrooms and still charged us to have it cleaned early to check in. "
