"This property far exceeded our expectations. We knew from the reviews that it was going to be great but we were not prepared for the magnificent views, the magical outdoor space and the incredible sense of privacy. It was mesmeric, utterly breathtaking and we loved every minute of our stay. We also thoroughly enjoyed the local area, including the beaches, great restaurants and the Palace of Knossos. "Crete is gorgeous! We did so much exploring, we didn’t spend as much time at the apartment as we thought we would. The space is small, but clean and well furnished. The private pool and surrounding views are absolutely phenomenal. I would only take off one star off due to the heat. The owner (who is lovely) has a small indoor A/C unit set it that did help, but we were there in August and it just could not keep up. We would return despite this, but in a cooler month. "

"Review Great place to stay We really enjoyed our 15 day stay at the Villiana apartments. The apartment was very clean and well equipped - even down to mosquito plugs and tablets. Air con and safe were included in the price. The beds were very comfy as they had mattress toppers on them and the sheets were crisp and starched. "We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at this great location! Our host met us and was phenomenal and shared helpful informations and reviewed all the best location highlights in the area. The apartment was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The beach was a 3 min walk from the door of the apt. Swam everyday - so therapeutic ! City centre a 5-6 min walk with many wonderful restaurants. Supermarket very close by as well. "

It was within walking distance of the main shopping area and we never had trouble finding parking within 150m of the entrance.
