"Quiet retreat atmosphere. But also not located near anything so a bit isolated. You get your own casita with your own patio. Beautiful except for shower/tub which is difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Apart from that perfect. Breakfast is perfectly fine but not amazing as it is in other 5 star hotels. Coorg food is restaurant was great. Dont order the pizza! Spa is great. Had 2 massages and both great. "

"Unique experience like night walk with lanterns in plantation. Excellent hospitality by Vijay, Disha, Avinash, Puneeth and adventure guide Akshay. Natural ping kayaking and coracle was exciting experience. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, really enjoyed here. Would like to come back "

"Heritage resort has a spectacular location , seated right on a hillrop, views to just het lost in Nature. The property has a well maintained garden and a great infinity pool. The food was amazing and we could indulge in the local cuisine. Thank you to the staff who were very courteous and made our stay memorable.. "

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mark Alvin for organizing a beautiful birthday celebration for my wife, and to the incredible reception staff—Astha, Karan, Lakrani, Umer, Natasha, Harish, Sushmita, and Seema—who ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. Their warm and courteous service left a lasting impression on us. The resort itself is stunning, offering peaceful surroundings and well-maintained facilities.
