"This rental had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There was ample parking for 3 trucks with trailers and side by sides. The house was clean and beds were comfy after a long day on the trails. Homeowner was very friendly and responsive. We ran out of propane while cooking on the grill and he was there with a replacement for us promptly and stayed to have a nice chat with us. We would stay again! "

"House is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Caretaker Pete was the best part of this house, he lives across the street and is very very friendly and extremely helpful. The area is rough however he reassured us we were good and all our property would be safe and it was. We went to WV to ride the Hatfield and Mccoys trail system, it was amazing!!! Suggestion for home owner, its time for curtains and a couch."

"From the beginning to the end Gary the host communicated with us brilliantly. The cabin was just as we expected and the attention to detail is second to none from the amenities to the coal and firewood. We stayed for two nights and it was a real restful environment from driving from NC and then being on the UTVs the next day. We enjoyed cornhole and being with British friends they enjoyed the different surroundings and experience of the WV countryside. I would definitely recommend Papa Bears for...
