"Property needs to be updated a bit. Bed was very comfortable but I would have liked to be able to open the window. Window opened to the walkway right by the elevator. Thankfully a fan in there. The couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs some work. Could use some caulking and a new toilet paper holder. I did not see a hair dryer anywhere. Door stops are broken in the entrance and bedroom and just lying on the floor. My husband had to fix the toilet several times...

"The room is just a vamped up motel room. It was nice and clean, but expensive for what it was. Pictures showed a beach but the beach is mostly huge rocks( not shown in pictures)and you had to cross the main traveled road to get to it. You couldn't hear the waves from the ocean on the balcony because of the traffic. I can't imagine how awful it would be in peak season. "I really enjoyed my extended off season stay at this sweet little spot! I actually was traveling back and forth to the rehab hospital in Portsmouth and it was easy access there (so I wasn't on the normal beach vacation here) but this place definitely suited my needs for that. The parking spot is right out the front door, there is one step up to the porch, and then one step down into the unit. "Well maintained, clean and cozy condo that couldn't be more conveniently located to Hampton Beach. Parking close to elevator. We felt safe and secure. Very quiet in late November. "

"The room size was nice, bigger than hotel room. It was off the strip but close enough to walk. Vrbo map has location wrong though, says it's on Charles Street but it's on BLVD further north. Definitely would stay here again. "
