"Fine location, clean and spacious. We thought this penthouse provided an ocean view as appears in living-room photo. But that is misleading. No great view from any window. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we were not specifically looking for this as a treat for my elderly parent who was not able to walk on the beach but had wanted to “see the ocean.”"

"The cottage was very well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It was recently renovated so that was a plus to me and my family as it felt new and fresh. Location and communication with owner was great. Loved having access to the shared washer and dryer as well. Neighbors were friendly and quiet. We had a great stay! "

"Property needs to be updated a bit. Bed was very comfortable but I would have liked to be able to open the window. Window opened to the walkway right by the elevator. Thankfully a fan in there. The couch needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom needs some work. Could use some caulking and a new toilet paper holder. I did not see a hair dryer anywhere. Door stops are broken in the entrance and bedroom and just lying on the floor. My husband had to fix the toilet several times...

"Overall we had a great stay. The location was excellent and they explained King Tide to us before our arrival. They wanted to make sure we understood and were comfortable with king Tide prior to our booking which they did not have to do. The one frustration we had: The Washer/dryer was brand new and When we used it the machine didn’t work. Unsure if it was user error, not set up correctly, or it’s a lemon. "The room size was nice, bigger than hotel room. It was off the strip but close enough to walk. Vrbo map has location wrong though, says it's on Charles Street but it's on BLVD further north. Definitely would stay here again. "
