"A great option to stay at La Spezia ( beautiful city by the way). I was impressed by the professionalism of their front desk staff. I forgot my laptop in the room and the front staff personally recovered it for me. Breakfast was great, location convenient, better accessed by taxi or a decent walk if you are into hiking and enjoying the vibe and beautiful views. Looking forward to my next stay 💖💖💖"

"We had the unfortunate experience of having all our luggage stolen, our money stolen and our rental car broken into. Directly following that experience we arrived at your hotel 2:30 am in the morning . The staff went above and beyond to provide a lovely meal for us, drinks , essentials such as toothbrush, toothpaste and even facial Products. The next day they did their best to close up the broken window of our car all by their own volition. The hotel, food and service plus incredible view couldn’t be better.
