"This is an area of Bali further away from the city. You can still see other tourists wondering, the area is good for diving and exploring. There are restaurants nearby, but no big brands and no Gojek/Grab food delivery. I am a picky eater but I still enjoyed the food at the villa. The staff is friendly and attentive. They seem to appreciate your business. The villa also does motorbike rentals. For bugs, they provide anti-mosquito wicks. I did not get any mosquito bites. There were some caterpillars, but they are harmless. Overall, I would visit this villa again."

"The room was beautiful. Exceeded expectations. Very well-decorated like a beach cottage. Everything feels new and clean...i think the property is newly renovated. Very quiet property. Right on the beach, too! Linens were nice quality...Many fluffy towels provided. Great mini bar, mosquito net for bed, Aircon, provided robes and umbrellas, outlets, nice big clean pool, 2 restaurants on-site...one by the pool and one up by the road where you originally arrive. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. I had dinner there one night and it was excellent. I especially liked the spring rolls. I felt like my stuff was safe there in the room as i was gone most of the day every day. The doors are the padlock style. One thing to consider, there is a big stairway to get to the rooms so if you have issues with steps, I wanted to note that. It is a bit far from the main area of Amed, but close to Adishop for groceries and ATM, and some other shops and restaurants on that side of town."

"It is a small villa, only 5 rooms, but you are right on the beach access for the best snorkeling around. No need to book a tour, you just put on your fins and mask and start 3 feet from shore. We saw turtles 2 out of 3 times, turtles swimming along with us, going up for air. Very cool. So many different fish. And a great little restaurant a block down, Warung Amed. We needed 2 beds and only one room had 2 beds, otherwise we would be facing the ocean, having breakfast with the ocean air."
