"Convenient and very friendly staff"

"Between the two main roads in Sebastian you get a nice quiet street where you can sit outside and unwind, while at the same time being in easy walking distance from all there is to see and do in Sebastian. The rooms are spacious and clean and well appointed for a relaxing stay. They have a private pier where guests can fish, sip coffee while watching a sunrise, or watch dolphins chasing a meal. Kayaks and bicycles are available for guests to use too. There is a tiki deck with a gas grill for guests to use with a pretty koi pond next to it . The grounds are well kept. Staff: primarily it's the owner, Kyle, doing everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. He does it all: desk clerk, room cleaner, maintenance man and more. We stayed for 10 nights and the only bad thing was that our vacation was over and it was time to go back to the daily grind. While we were there, we were thoroughly relaxed, felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Davis House Inn will be our go-to vacation accommodations in Sebastian from now on. We love it there."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful bay front home! The location is unbeatable with peaceful views of the bay, a dock perfect for watching wildlife, and a private beach just across the street. The house was clean, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommend for a relaxing coastal escape!"

"This studio rental unit was clean, updated and perfect for my daughter, who was in town for a family reunion. The shared porch was a nice touch as we enjoyed happy hour there. The road is between the unit and the water, but you can see the beautiful intercoastal from the second story shared porch! There are also a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance, which is great. We would definitely rent this unit again! "

"We stayed there for a birthday weekend and had the best time. The beds are so comfy. The view by far is the best, I think we lived on the balcony and private beach more than being in the house. The owner is very nice. We will for sure be back "

"Perfect location directly across from the water. We were in the upper floor unit. Watched the sunrise from our personal balcony in comfy chairs, or right outside on the large communal deck with gourmet outdoor kitchen & glass fire pit. Best of both worlds. Great for morning walks, fishing, & walkable to eats/music. Super clean, with great communication.100% will be returning to this sweet spot! "

"There were 7 of us - four adults and 3 kids (3, 8, 12). The four bedrooms in the house worked perfectly for us. Having three full baths was great, too.The house was clean and well appointed. We needed additional towels for both the bathrooms and the pool and the owner brought those over right away.The kitchen layout was great for multiple adults to be in there getting all the kids’ stuff together. There were plenty of dishes, glasses, and cookware. The owner was very responsive to any questions / requests we had.The pool is nice, but was quite cold (in mid-late March). The kids went in a few times, but we definitely would have used it more if it had been warmer. The beach was really close - walkable in under 10 minutes and about 3 minutes on the golf cart we rented. It had a nice park for the younger kids and the beach was very nice. It was a lot more crowded on the weekend days (although not nearly as crowded as other beaches we’ve visited in Florida) but it was overall clean, had great sand, a decent bathroom, and was a great place to hang out when the weather was warm and windy. While Vero Beach is a nice area, it’s a bit off the beaten path - not a lot of anything is CLOSE. We ended up driving 30 or more minutes for most of the restaurants we went to. Would be great to have a grocery store closer, too. We enjoyed our two weeks at this property!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay! Jenn was a fantastic host—friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive to any questions we had. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Without a doubt, we’ll be returning for another stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!"
