We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. Just be prepared for the 100-parrot alarm clock every 6am as they leave the town square and settle in and around the grounds for a while. (It's actually a great thing to be able to see them up close)."
