"I returned to the Santa Maria Boutique by the Sea a few days prior to my flight from Trivandrum international airport. It's such a pleasant stay, right on the beach with the sound of the surf always in the background, and soft breezes blowing off the Indian Ocean. The food is wonderful, and the owners and staff make you feel right at home. The ride to Trivandrum airport was literally only a few minutes, a very pleasant and unhurried experience. "Our room at the Turtle was spacious, good and clean with a huge terrace with sea views. The pool area could have been cleaner and there was a shortage of sun beds and brollies. It was very easy to get to the beach by either hotel car or a tuk tuk was only INR 100. We spent most of our time on Lighthouse beach as at the left end, looking out to sea, there was an amazing snorkelling spot. Brilliant."

The hotel is metres away from the beach, we had a sea view room with air conditioning which was very pleasant.
