"The location was great. Close to restaurants & about a 15-20 min walk to the Ubon (subway). It was very hot our first few days and only 1 fan. No A/C. All of Berlin was stating that global warming has made it very hot in Berlin. I reached out to Daniel and he allowed me a reimbursable amt to buy a fan or room A/C unit. "The apartment was nice. Just a couple of negatives. Wet laundry on a drying rack in the living room, kitchen faucet had no hot water, couldn’t get the washing machine to work. Neighborhood was too far from attractions and not well lit at night"

"Vorab: Wir hatten als Familie eine schöne gemeinsame Zeit auf dem Auenhof. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Anhand der Inserat-Beschreibung haben wir aber ein bißchen was anderes erwartet. Auch was das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis betrifft. Die Betten empfanden wir als deutlich zu weich (Federkern). Die Kopfkissen waren zwar offenbar neu, aber viel zu groß bzw. prall. Die Schlafzimmerverdunkelung ist völlig unzureichend. Unterm Strich: hier und da ein paar kleine Stellschrauben...

"The first week the WiFi was very slow. The following 5 days it was not working. The last two days they fixed it at last. Both cleaning ladies were ill and could not come as scheduled. The cooking area has no light and the ventilation didn’t work. In the shower room, there is no place for putting or hanging clothes. The room is spacious though. The hotel is situated in the town centre and near the u Bahn and bus stations, rather convenient. "

"Location was great because of people I know in Moabit. It’s not a location for tourists. Bath is unpleasant. The shower didn’t drain, which is horrible. Extra bath towels would have been nice for the 5 days we stayed. For some reason there were only three of everything (plates, etc.) in the kitchen. Very random. "

"Great area to reside in. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Three blocks to major shopping street and public transportation on Kurfürstendamm. Comfortable apartment. The only real criticism we had is lack of an elevator. It’s on the third floor. When you come home tired from walking all over Berlin, you have to trudge up two flights of stairs."
