"Our family had a wonderful stay at this cabin. There were plenty of cozy blankets for us all to stay warm on the cool Fall evenings. The kitchen had all the necessities to prepare meals. The location was perfect to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the short walk to the ponds to see the ducks. The only minor thing to note is that the queen bed spring mattress is squeaky, so my husband and I (who are used to a memory foam mattress) would wake each other up when moving....

"Spacious for our family of 4 and 3 dogs, located right on the river! The cabin is line a condo on the inside but fits really well with the landscape. Red River is a charming little town. We enjoyed all the cookware and fluffy towels, showers with great pressure and comfortable beds. We’d come back again!"

"Relaxing! The cabin was clean, cozy, and everything we needed was provided. Being next to this beautiful river was the icing on the cake. When time to check out we were lagging for time and they were gracious about allowing us more time so that we weren’t stressed or rushed! Thank you!!🙏🌺"

"We found this cabin to be just right for the two of us. It was well stocked and clearly thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The outdoor fireplace, with nothing but sounds of crackling wood, rushing water and coyote howls from the mountains was our favorite spot to unwind each evening. We are pleased to have found this gem and thankful for the ease in renting it."

"My friends and I had a wonderful annual fishing trip stay on the ranch. The cabin was large and we each had on own room and space. The common areas were welcoming particularly the fireplace outside where we sat by the fire each night watching stars and telling stories. We were able to cook each morning and had all the supplies we needed. Lisa was a tremendous host with great communication. Check in was easy and she was very responsive on any questions we had. "This cabin was perfect for our honeymoon! Within walking distance of everything in town, and it came with an amazing view of the river and the mountains. Cabin was clean and well-maintained! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!"

"The location and Mountain View from the deck were awesome. The cabin was very clean, recently updated and well equipped. On the downside, the bathrooms (especially the shower) were very small, the furnace was all or nothing and the Wi-Fi was weak. With that being said, we will definitely come back for the beautiful scenery and convenient location."

"This cabin was exactly as advertised. It was cozy and comfortable! We felt right at home quickly and enjoyed our week with all the spectacular views! "

"The property was nice and spacious, but needed some maintenance on door closures and lighting that would not turn on. Location was not ideal as it was directly behind the horse stables so was a little smelly and had some flies. Cooking skillets were old and hard to use. Oven was old and hard to use as well. No bathroom on the second floor. "

"The cabin was perfect for our family. View from the master bedroom was phenomenal as you could look out and see the river flowing! We even got to see the first snow of the season! My grandson’s first time to see snow!! He was so excited! My English Bulldogs thought the river was a swimming pool and decided to jump in!😅 We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit for some yummy roasted marshmallows.
