"Grandparents, parents and grandkids stayed. Property had everything. It was exceptionally clean. Loved the bunk room that allowed all 6 gkids to room together and stay up talking. Tankless hot water was very nice for large group. The full size washer/dryer was also nice. The fireplace kept it nice and cozy."

"The carpet was disgusting The toilet upstairs (the main toilet) didn’t work it kept catching The carpet in the kitchen was buckled The flooring creeped all over The fixtures and finishes are from 1972 It’s just overall tired and to be charged too much a night is insane We recently stayed in a VRBO Piazza San Della Signoria in Florence for less than this “place” a night with clean everything! You may want to review your properties or expect more from the homeowners"

"Blinds in the windows were melted by the sun and literally were curled up and didn’t cover window. Being on the first floor this was a privacy issue. This until was efficiently and the bed is in the living room so a very uncomfortable feeling when you can see in the window while you are sleeping. Simple fix that should have been corrected before being rented out. "

"This house was perfect for us! Our whole family stayed here, our 3 little kids, plus us and my in-laws up in the loft room. The rooms were very big and the bathrooms were well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked a few meals there. The porch was great- we spent a lot of time out there. And the location was perfect- we walked to restaurants and stores. We did drive to the ski slopes, when we had the kids with us. But it was a very short drive. We would definitely stay here...

"Everything is just as advertised. Would be helpful to have written instructions for both TVs. The one upstairs in the king room was inoperative. Was unable to light The fireplace because nothing to light with. Enjoyed the river in the back and furniture was comfortable. Walking distance to the entire downtown area. "

"Location was great, property managers were great, would highly recommend this comapany! The other big rental company there M vacations I would never recommend have had horrible experiences with them! The only complaint I would have is the beds need updated! Also had a great view of the face of the mountain! "

"Only had a short dealing with management but they are pretty rude. Property is pretty outdated for price. There are better places to stay in red river especially for the price."
