"Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service. From my opinion I pay money more. Either I stayed only 1 night but I also need fairness not bias. "

"직원분들은 대체로 친절 했으나 석식 조식을 가져가 주시는 나이 많은 여직원분은 친절하지 않았음 가이세키와 조식은 아쉬웠지만 평을 보고 감안하고 간것이라 괜찮았고 동네자체가 너무 이쁘고 제대로 힐링이었다 아마가세 자체가 너무나 이쁘고 역에 계신 아주머니 직원분 넘넘 친절하셨고 그분이 아마가게의 좋은 기억이 8할 이상 하신듯,! 송영버스는 미리 예약하지 않아도 역에 도착하면 그 직원분께서 숙소로 전화해주신다"

"와이프 생일을 맞이 해서 방문했습니다. 가족단위가 오기에 좋은 시설이었고, 모든 스텝이 친절해서 같이간 가족 모두 만족했습니다. 석식으로 즐긴 가이세키요리도 어디에서도 맛볼수 없는 훌륭한 수준이었으며, 조식또한 간결하지만 하나하나 정성이 가득 담긴 느낌이었습니다. 돌아온지 하루도 안되었지만, 벌써 와이프는 친정식구들과 다시 올 계획을 짜고 있네요... 사진으로 느낄수 없는 완벽한 료칸의 문화를 제대로 느끼고 왔습니다. "
