"Bedding and towels and toilet roll not replaced, only one pillow each and never anyone on the desk, you had to call a number to contact anyone. Over all it was clean and very well priced. No kettle or iron or hairdryer and shower gel provided was empty, smallest shower I’ve ever seen but good water pressure. "

We felt we had no choice but to comply - it should not have been like that. In the rush to vacate our rooms we forgot we had to pay cash, rather than the credit card details given on booking. "Casa Do Cimo is a must for all those interested in the history and tradition of the area of Fundao. Fredrico was charming and very helpful. His cats also helped to make my stay more interesting. My understanding of the Portugese language grew by leaps and bounds during my time here."

"The owners mother was half an hour late to let us into the property meaning we were standing in 40 degree heat waiting for her, no apology once she arrived! The property was clean and tidy and the rooms were a good size. The rooms had air conditioning but it failed to cool all of the bedroom and it was very noisy meaning that it was impossible to keep on all night. "Luna Chalet are rustic chalets, and I must admit that the unit given to us was very comfortable with great views. Nice bedding, good towels, all dishes and soap needed. The only negative is that they supply the nespresso type machines but with no pods. It would have been nice to have coffee in the morning. A lot of channels on the television also. "Hotel localizado a 5 km de Nelas, em frente às termas de Caldas da Felgueira. Nessa localidade nao há lojas ou mercados, somente em Nelas. Devido ao Covid, os restaurantes estavam fechados. Os quartos desse hotel tem um bom tamanho, com cozinha, o que facilita a estadia. O banheiro é com, com banheira. O pessoal é simpático e agradável. "
